Is Pixelin free?
Yes. No sign-up, no watermark beyond a small link in the footer of your card, no limits.
What happens to my LinkedIn PDF and my photo?
Nothing leaves your device. Your PDF is read, your photo is turned into pixels and the card is drawn right here in your browser: there is no server that receives your files or your data.
Why a PDF instead of my profile URL?
LinkedIn does not let other sites read profiles from a URL. The PDF export is the official, reliable way to take your own profile with you, and it takes ten seconds.
How do I download my LinkedIn PDF?
On a computer, open your LinkedIn profile, click “Resources” or “More” under your headline, then “Save to PDF”. It does not work from the mobile app. If the download stalls, try a private window or another browser.
Can I change what appears on my card?
Your card is built from your LinkedIn profile: your latest roles, top skills, education and languages. To change something, update it on LinkedIn, save a fresh PDF and drop it in again.
Who made Pixelin?
Pixelin is a side project by Daniel Peris, a builder who started on the internet back in 1995 and has been launching online products since 2009. He is the co-founder and co-CEO of LLM Pulse, the AI search visibility platform that helps brands and agencies measure, understand and grow their presence in AI answers. He also co-founded PICKASO, one of the world’s first app marketing agencies, which has helped hundreds of companies grow their apps since 2013.
